Gameplay Changes:
Voltigore HP changed from:
{ 16.0, 160.0, 320.0, 350.0, 450.0, 675.0, 700.0, 800.0 }
to
{ 16.0, 175.0, 350.0, 400.0, 450.0, 725.0, 775.0, 875.0 }
A small buff for the volts after removing 3 of them from of5a2. We will see how the map feels and make changes if needed.
