Most maps or series of maps not found in those lists are not in the lists because they have been identified to have significant problems for our servers or for players.

BTW, with the help of J-M and Effor to solve the riddle, the Sven Co-op Experience Mod code now features "combinatorics" mathematics to highly customize our per-map configuration of XP Mod. Now, all skills can be enabled or disabled by cvar at map start. This is the version currently on the US NW and US Central servers.

the US NW has XPMod enabled again. I disabled by accident it to try to see if it was causing problems in the log readout of our game panel. It wasn't causing problems, and I forgot to turn it back on before I fell asleep lol

I doubt that will ever happen, since ModRiot host SC servers on a linux machine. Yes, SC fucks up pretty bad on Linux, and works like butter on a Windows machine.

simple solution to preventing some of our Sven Co-op server hangs : skip over "they23" in the "They Hunger" map series, because it hangs the server frequently, and causes overflows on players. The map "they22" will temporarily transition to "they24" on our experience mod servers until this is fixed in a Sven Co-op update. Hopefully there won't be as much of a need to ask for the server to be reset.

We don't generally mind people doing that. Mostly only people who are official staff in our community do it, but I suppose you are welcome to do that if you really want. We might actually make it so only Moderators and above are able to use @ModRiot.com tag in some of our servers. There has never been a strict rule about that, which might change at any given moment.

Actually, let's start from the beginning. You mention you got a console dump stating you're missing the 1920_ VGUI .tga files. The biggest I have here are 1600_ VGUI .tga files, but in my console I see error messages about missing 2560_ VGUI .tga files (running in 1440p windowed). My game runs fine though, so I doubt this is the problem. I also bet that if I were to run in fullscreen (2160p) I'd get reports about missing 3840_ VGUI .tga files. Still pretty sure that's not the problem. Now my question is: How did you get a console dump? I assume you got Sven Co-op to startup for that. Where does it go wrong? When does it crash? How does it crash? Does it freeze? Crash to desktop?

The ModRiot servers are running v5.04 Internal (build 4799) and the current client version is v5.04 (build 4800). So, apparently, in that very very short timeframe, a newer, finalized version was distributed to the SteamPipe content system... I just verified that this is the case, because if you use SteamCMD now to update AppID 276060 (Steam Co-op Dedicated Server), you do infact get the build 4800

Ever since the update on the health and armor where you can just heal indefinitely, people just started hoarding the Health/Armor Stations. It's not really a bad thing but the fact that these guys really take their time and fill their shit to max amazes me. lol

I am seeing a common denominator in the server hangs. The map "svencooprpg" will be removed from the servers to see if that is the cause.

thx for restarting server...I will look at logs to see if it is a certain map doing it. My guess is that it is just broken Sven Co-op game code. Interesting... the crashes don't happen so often, but now the server hangs after a few days...
