Wanted to open this thread in reference to my maplist thread http://modriot.com/showthread.php?tid=690&pid=1653#pid1653

Currently buggy:

http://scmapdb.com/map:dead-zone Update: Someone misread my post and removed sc_dead_zone completly Big Grin Could sc_dead_zone and sc_dead_zone3_final added to the maplist?

Server Modriot.com SvenCoop 5.10 XPMod [US:E] and [US:NW] arent up to date. Trail mod isnt running and they still have a very very old maplist.


http://scmapdb.com/map:swars-installation Second map brings server into an infinite loading bug. Should be removed

http://scmapdb.com/map:gears-of-war-2 is missing fastdl and takes ages to load

http://scmapdb.com/map:castle-defence map can only be completed by loosing it. If all enemys are killed, the map cant be finished. Timer is set on infinite, so rockthevote is deactivated, too. Should be removed

http://scmapdb.com/map:uss-darkstar-co-op The lobby-map darkstar is also in the maplist and should be removed no mapchange between zoology3 and zoology4. Could zoology1 in the maplist get replaced by zoology4 (because in 1 to 3 nothing important happens anyway)?

http://scmapdb.com/map:devious-trials devious_trials1 has the infinite time bug, so rockthevote is deactivated. Players can get stuck on the map. I recommend removing the map.

http://scmapdb.com/map:dead-simple-neo-2 Gamemode selection often glitches out and breaks mapprogress. Should be deleted.

Map series is missing mapchange from sc_dead_zone2 to sc_dead_zone3_final. Could sc_dead_zone3_final be added as a seperate map into the maplist.ini?

You mean the operation room where the first enemy spawns and everything explodes?

Edit: ok, seems like one of the NPCs gets stuck in his pathing and by that doesnt trigger the event. Best would be, if players would start in zoology4 because zoology1 to 3 is only walking around and stuff.

Okay, I recommend just starting at zoology4, as it's introduction map (darkstar) is broken as well. The maps before zoology4 are also just introduction anyways.
Edit: Oh, didn't realize Klingenmeister said just that lmao. But, I concur with his statement.

I recommend getting rid of these maps as well:
  • extension - You get spawn killed by a group of grunts
  • deadsimpleneo2 - You are supposed to jump through a pipe to choose a gamemode, but it does not play once you select
