I think you need to have uPlay installed (unfortunately)
Just launch the client and it should be there to claim
Or you could try just logging in to your account and claiming it from the website.

Beyond Good & Evil is easily one of the best games I've ever played. I had to Google what Uplay is (some shitty Steam clone I guess) but it might even be worth it to install Uplay for BG&E.
