I am not going to install semi-clip on any servers until it works right with Sven Coop (which it may never work on many maps, since the developers would need to change engine code to do this). If Sven Coop developers eventually manage to incude Semi-Clip support in their game, that would be great.
I don't think Semi-Clip is worth using unless you guys want to test maps on your own servers yourselves, and then see how it runs on our Linux test server. This would be very useful if testing of this sort could be done. It is not worth experimenting use on a public server. Right now I do not have time to do testing for these purposes on the servers we run. Perhaps the map testing server can be used but I am currently working on another project, so this will need to wait. If you really want to try it, install metamod and amxx on your own computer and test over your network. I use 2 computers to do testing sometimes if I need to test with another player in the server with me.
