1) Log in and visit in Google Chrome: http://store.steampowered.com/app/253750/
2) Just type the word: search | then press Enter key (don't copy paste). [NOT IN THE SEARCH BOX, JUST CLICK SOMEWHERE ELSE AND START TYPING]
3) When you see the prompt (dialog box), type inside: 1v7531 | then press Enter key again.
4) Now you have the new hidden badge called "Red Herring ARG?" w/ 100xp.
5) If it fails from first time just try again you will get it. Enjoy.
For Firefox users you have to turn off the tracking protection (click on the shield icon to the left of the address bar, then click on "disable protection for this session"). It will not work because they have enabled the "search while I type" feature, as far as I know that is disabled by default...
