Windows 7 is good but in my opinion, the best Microsoft operating system is Windows 10, which has all those futures Windows 7 had, and even more. Furthermore, its design is brilliant, if to compare with other Windows. Maybe Mac Os is cooler, but the advantage Windows has over Mac Os is the fact that it is more available. Of course, W10 has its problems, but they can be easily fixed with a good antivirus program, some best computer maintenance sofware, and other software packages that improve the working capacity of your PC.
