Sven Coop Update 1

[Mr. Robot]

Here's a list of what's going to be updated (or a suggestion list) for the next server update.

-Custom admin skin downloads for players (for now?)

-Replace teampow with eclip (scxpm)

-more maps?

-eggs give HEV armor instead of xp?

-edit xp farming mini-turret in quarter map

-terrorist gang boss enemy is a friendly entity and doesn't attack hostiles (sandstone) -> change to normal

force skin downloading

force override skill 3

force fall damage on 2x normal scale (xpm should make this balanced)
