It just so happens that I recently learned much about the Sven Coop and Half-Life mapping system. The only problem is I have many things to do. I will try to help where I can, and I am sure I can help somewhere. I know a little bit about designing and compiling simple maps (I am a noob at mapping), so all it would take is some ideas and cooperation. Using a film maker for HL1 mods is likely not possible. Using Scripted Sequences and Camera Triggers are what you are looking to do I believe.... I have made a few of my own maps but haven't done much with them yet other than figure out how things work and test the performance quality.
