Beginning early morning 1/2, our US east location will be down for server upgrades. It shouldn't take anymore than a few hours, but it all depends on the urgency of the provider. Seems when they initially setup my dedicated server, they installed the wrong CPU model, so atm its currently being swapped for the proper (more powerful) one.
UPDATE: Looks like it only took the techs about 15 minutes to get the job done, so the servers for that location should be up and running.
