Well its been another week so here are the updates. Our previous domain provider freenom finally did the dirty deed and yanked our freebie domains from us, so we've purchased our own to end the hassle. From here on, we'll be using the ModRiot.Com domain for our services, so make sure to update your bookmarks. We've also added support for these new modifications: Modular Combat and No More Room in Hell. So far game servers for Zombie Panic, Brainbread, and Sven Co-op have been launched from our European location with more to follow, along with our Zombie Panic west server being relocated to our central location. As for Vampire Slayer, we've hit a new record this week with a total of 8 connected players, which is almost unheard now a days with this mod. Hopefully in the near future we can help arrange meetings between players in order to organize a collective weekly match. As for our own Gangwars modification site, it's currently being worked on atm and should be up and running within a few days now located @ http://gangwars.modriot.com thx to freenom.
Our old teamspeak server is now officially down, so we'll be continuing from now on with our new ts server located @ eu.modriot.com:9987. As for our current staff shortage, we're still looking for members of the gaming community to fill the listed positions located here http://modriot.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=33. We've created posts for each position currently open informing those interested on the details of the job.
The list of currently open positions is as follows:
US West Manager (manger of the US West server locations, dictates which mods are installed on his machine and the moderators that work under him)
US Central Manager (manger of the US Central server locations, dictates which mods are installed on his machine and the moderators that work under him)
US East Manager (manger of the US East server locations, dictates which mods are installed on his machine and the moderators that work under him)
Content & Services Manager (manager of the teamspeak staff/forum moderators/Youtuber+Twitter/ and graphics designer)
Forum Moderators + Webmaster (Webmaster to keep things going behind the scenes, forum moderators to keep things going on public boards)
Graphic Designer (this position is open to multiple occupants to lighten the load on each artist)
Teamspeak Moderators (shouldn't need any more than a few)
Twitter & Youtuber (will manage our twitter & youtube accounts)
US & EU Gameserver Moderators (atleast x2 per game server) (if there's a mod we're not currently supporting that you'd like to moderate for, just provide links to the linux server files, and some sort of proof of a remaining player base for that mod)
